Photography is one of my major hobbies. I have taken a ton of mediocre shots over the years, and a few good ones. Or at least, there are a few I like. Mostly, I like taking pictures, even though I'm never satisfied with most of them. I also like playing with different cameras. I have several of various types and ages, from a Pre-WWII Kodak Retina to a Nikon D80.
I post my photos on Flickr, which allows me to have a central location to store them and easy access to them from just about anywhere. Plus, Flickr exposes my feed in a nice JSON format which is easy to parse and display using jQuery.
Here's my photostream on Flickr. Check back; I'm way behind on posting pictures and have a bunch from this summer that I'm going to be posting soon.
Below are a few shots that I was using to play with jQuery and the Flickr API. I'm still cleaning up the code that I'm doing this with but it was really simple to do. This just pulls all of my shots from Flickr tagged "fav", and shoves them into a div.
